It was part of a massive second half for Wagner, who scored all 19 of his points in the half. That included a pair of late free throws to cap off a 109-106 victory for the East against the West. You can view the sequence below.

Wagner’s five-point swing cut the West lead to just one point as the East came back from a 60-51 halftime deficit. It was far from his only highlight, as Wagner also had the go-ahead dunk with 30 seconds to go to seal the win and was named the MVP of the game. He also had an assist to fellow UK commit Justin Edwards in the second quarter.

DJ Wagner is the son of former Memphis and NBA player Dajuan Wagner and the grandson of former Louisville legend and NBA player Milt Wagner. “It was a great experience,” Wagner said. “I’m just honored just to be able to come out here and step on the court with these guys in this stage. It’s a great feeling. We all talked about it, we said we was going to want to come out here and compete, because that’s what we do. We’re all competitors. And that’s what we did.”
