LOOK: Kentucky football serving alligator at Monday's team dinner
The Kentucky football team is coming off a major win in Gainesville over the weekend. With plenty of hype heading into that game in The Swamp, the Wildcats held Florida scoreless in the second half to come away with the 26-16 victory.
As the team enjoys their new spot in the Top-10 of the AP Poll, dinner in Lexington called for a special meal to start the week. UK QB Will Levis shared the new menu item on his Instagram story this evening. While he is known for his interesting food choices, this might be a new one for Levis.

Mark Stoops after Kentucky’s upset at Florida: ‘You’ve got to be a tough son of a B’ to win in Gainesville
The Kentucky Wildcat’s upset of the Florida Gators on Saturday night in Gainesville was several years in the making, according to head coach Mark Stoops, thanks to the culture of the team. The win hoisted the Wildcats to No. 9 in the country, making them the third-highest ranked SEC team going into Week 3.

“Great team win,” Stoops said after the game. “You’ve got to be a tough son of a B to come into this environment and win. We all understand that. We know this team is built that way. We’ve shown it through the years, that’s who we are.”
The Kentucky Wildcats threw the Gators for a loop once again after beating them in a stunner last season. Stoops praised the team for sticking to their identity even in the tough environment in the Swamp.
“We’re going to be a tough, hard-nosed football team and win tough games, no matter what they look like,” Stoops said. “We may win or we may lose, but we’re going to be tough.”
