WATCH: Kentucky men's basketball teases new uniforms for upcoming season
Kentucky men’s basketball just released some pre-summer heat, teasing new uniforms for the 2022-23 season. The program posted a video of jerseys past to hint at what’s coming this fall.
The video is already receiving strong reactions from fans, such as, “I’m sick of the checkerboard,” and “Anything but the last 3 jerseys!”
As much as fans would like to have their say in the new uniforms, it’s likely that the program settled on the new designs months ago in order for Nike to begin production.

There’s no better place to start a run to the 2023 NCAA Tournament. Moreover, John Calipari added how excited the Wildcats are to begin their journey at the tropical destination.
“I know our fans are excited as we once again make a trip to the Bahamas,” Calipari said. “This has always been a memorable trip for our teams and our fans, and it has always given us a springboard heading into the season. These games will be a challenge for us and will allow us to grow and see where we are at this point.
“We have a great mix of returning players and newcomers who want to use this opportunity to begin the preparation it takes to win a national title. That’s our goal and it all starts at Baha Mar.”
