Kentucky has revealed its uniforms for Saturday’s matchup against LSU. The Wildcats will roll with chrome helmets paired with black, anthracite jerseys and pants in the game.

Kentucky is currently 5-0 and a perfect 3-0 in the SEC to begin the season and is ranked at No. 16. The Wildcats are coming off of an impressive 20-13 victory over Florida in Week 5. Kentucky will host Saturday’s matchup against LSU. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night. LSU is 3-2 on the year and 1-1 against the SEC.

Kentucky coach Mark Stoops is appreciative of fans after win over Florida

In Kentucky’s win over Florida last week, Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops thinks that the fans had a major impact on the outcome of the game. Following the victory, Stoops shared a message noting his appreciation for the Kentucky faithful.

“That was the first thing I did Saturday, right? I’ll do it again today…I meant it,” Stoops said. “The minute I came in here. I said that one was for the Big Blue Nation because of a lot of reasons.”

“There’s the tough times for so many years for certain teams. I know the frustration I’ve just felt since I’ve been here. And for them to come out and affect that game, it helped determine the outcome of that game. I know it’s special to the Big Blue Nation. So once again, I can’t thank them enough. They certainly were a big part of determining the outcome of the football game. And that’s home-field advantage. And I really look forward to having that each and every week.”

Following this week’s matchup against LSU, Kentucky has consecutive road contests against Georgia and Mississippi State. Kentucky needs to beat LSU first, but defeating Georgia would be big for the Wildcats as the two teams are currently tied atop the SEC East.
