Class of 2024 QB Deuce Adams commits to Louisville

Three-star quarterback Deuce Adams of New Braunfels (TX) Canyon High announced his commitment to Louisville Wednesday afternoon.

The 6-foot-2, 175 pounder chose the Cardinals over Baylor and Boston College.

Adams on why he chose Louisville

“I went up there on a visit for 3 days and they treated me with love from the start. I’m their #1 QB on the board and we’ve built a great relationship since January. Coach Jeff Brohm the head coach, and his brother coach Brian Brohm (OC) both played QB at Louisville and both played in the NFL. They have one of the best offenses in the country and they’ve proven it with the numbers. I feel like with the addition of me I’m that offense I could really do damage and put Louisville back where they should be.”

“Me and coach Brohm have a great relationship. He is going to be my qb coach and he’s already been in the situations so he knows how to coach me and get me ready for those situations in the future. I have big dreams and he always says dream big so I feel like we can do great things working together. Their plan for me is to develop me to become the best quarterback in the country and lead Louisville to a national championship.”

The Lone Star State quarterback joins coach Brohm and the Cardinals’ 2024 class. He is accompanied by TJ Capers and Isaac Brown.

Adams ranks as the No. 784 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No.47 quarterback and the No. 121 player in the state of Texas.
