Louisville DB Jaiden Spearman enters the NCAA Transfer Portal
Louisville DB Jaiden Spearman has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal per On3’s Pete Nakos.
Spearman just finished his lone season as a freshman this fall for the Cardinals. He did not appear in any games while there.
Spearman, a native of Cornelius, North Carolina, played high school football at The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. He was the No. 2,059 overall recruit there as a three-star prospect in the 2024 cycle. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also rated just outside the Top-200 safeties in the class while being the No. 13 player out of Connecticut.
Spearman chose the Cardinals over schools like UConn, Penn State, Florida, and Duke. He then signed with Louisville as the lowest-rated player from last year’s class out of 15 total commitments to the program.
