LSU football fans got some great news on Thursday after practice. Head coach Brian Kelly revealed that Chris Hilton Jr. practiced at “full capacity,”. Kelly revealed the update on Thursday evening. Hilton has not played at all this season since suffering an ankle injury in fall camp.

LSU and Texas A&M are set to square off in a matchup of two unbeatens in league play, setting up a scintillating showdown that will put one firmly in the driver’s seat in the SEC race. And the injury report looms large.

The Tigers had more than a dozen players on the initial injury report that dropped on Wednesday, including the likes of standout receiver Chris Hilton. His status will bear monitoring going forward.

Beyond that, LSU had 12 players already listed as out for the contest against Texas A&M. The Aggies had a much more reasonable injury report.

While five players were ruled out, including offensive linemen Mark Nabou and Chase Bisontis, only one was listed past that. That was backup quarterback Jaylen Henderson, who was tabbed as doubtful for the contest.
