LSU was a winner across the board at the College World Series. While the Tigers smashed Florida 18-4 in Game 3 of the championship series to bring home the title, LSU fans put up an even more lopsided score on the Rocco’s Jello Shot Challenge. Tiger faithful packed the stands all week long and, judging by the final tally, seemed to have fueled themselves with nothing other than Jello and alcohol.

Take a look at just how badly LSU fans beat every other College World Series fanbase when it came to wolfing down alcohol-infused Jello:

68,888! Holy mackerel, what a figure! And one that easily bested the all-time Jello Shot CWS record, which was held by last year’s CWS champ and fellow SEC school Ole Miss. A total of 18,777 Jell-O shots were purchased by Rebel supporters as the school went on its way to winning the national championship. That’s a measly total compared to the near-70-grand number of shots that LSU fans consumed in Omaha.

A truly historic moment for more than just one reason. Raising Cane’s and LSU alum Todd Graves helped the Tigers get over the hump, purchasing 6,000 Jell-O shots. At $5 a pop, you can do the math on how large that bill was. Graves now holds his own Guinness World Record, having the most shots purchased by a single person. It was a special moment for Graves and LSU fans ahead of their Monday night 1-0 matchup against Wake Forest.

The other piece of positive news is that Rocco’s will be giving a significant chunk of what they earned off the shot challenge to the LSU Food Pantry to help students who struggle with food insecurity. Pat McEvoy, a manager at Rocco’s, estimates that Tiger fans will help send close to $60,000 to the university’s Food Pantry. Other schools’ Food Pantry’s will be receiving a portion of their team’s proceeds as well, although none of them came within the same galaxy as LSU.

Just sheer domination from the Tigers both on the field and at the bar in Omaha last week. As for the entire sales total from the event, take a look at the tweet below. LSU accounted for nearly ten times the gross sales as every other team, topping out at $344,000, which easily doubled up the entire rest of the field COMBINED.
