Former LSU defensive tackle Glen Logan makes undrafted free agency decision
LSU defensive tackle Glen Logan has signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent, according to NFL reporter Tom Pelissero. Logan is one of the only five-year letterwinners Tigers history after spending the past six seasons in Baton Rouge.
Now, the 6-foot-5, 303 pound Louisiana native will look to make an impact at the next level.
Logan missed six games this past season due to a foot injury, but still managed to record 10 tackles and a sack. By far his best year with the team came in 2018, when he finished with a career high 45 tackles to go along with four sacks. He is best known as a run-stopper, and will hope to bring that energy to a Browns team that finished last year with an 8-9 record.
Darren Evans joins Glen Logan as LSU undrafted free agent
Logan wasn’t the only LSU player to find his way to an NFL team as an undrafted free agent Saturday.
Tigers cornerback Darren Evans signed with the New York Giants, according to NFL reporter Tom Pelissero. He spent the past two seasons in Baton Rouge after transferring in from Nichols State, where he was an all-conference selection in 2018.
