He received an offer from the Tigers via defensive analyst John Jancek, a recent addition to the staff who was previously the defensive coordinator at Tennessee and Colorado State, as well an serving as an analyst at Georgia.
“It’s huge, I’m definitely excited about the offer,” Sanders told The Bengal Tiger. “I think Coach Kelly is one of the best in America. He has built a good relationship with Jancek back to his time with the Bulldogs. And the two have remained in touch.
“Coach John Jancek was actually the coach who offered me. He was previously at Georgia and me and him had a good relationship,” Sanders said. “He’s a really good guy, and he’s had a lot of college experience. He likes how hard I work and how versatile I am. I can play all five positions on the offensive line, and he liked how I move.”
Tennessee, Ole Miss, Auburn, Stanford and Georgia are the schools Sanders is talking with a lot. He’s planning to get his visit schedule for March and April lined up soon before making a decision in May or June.
