Pittsburg (Calif.) four-star quarterback Jaden Rashada has made the trip across the Texas-Louisiana border and has landed in Baton Rouge, La., for his LSU official visit.

Rashada spent the last few days at Texas A&M on his official visit there. He will conclude this southwest swing with an official visit later this week to Florida.

“They are heading in the right direction to developing QBs,” Rashada said of LSU when he announced his top seven schools. “I have a great relationship with the coaches and love the culture there.”

He will be making his commitment on June 18.

He is the No. 7 quarterback in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $454k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

“Jaden Rashada has been on the recruiting radar for several years, pre-dating his time as a high school starter,” On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power earlier this year. “The 6-foot-4, 175-pounder is one of the better arm talents in the cycle with the ability to drive the ball downfield with relative ease. Rashada put together a solid junior season at Pittsburg (Calif.) High after a bit of a bumpy sophomore spring season. We’ll be watching how Rashada progresses in terms of positional nuance and operating efficiency as a senior.”
