LSU beach volleyball’s Breleigh Favre, daughter of NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre, has entered the NCAA transfer portal. According to On3’s Matt Zenitz, she officially entered the portal on Friday as a graduate transfer.

LSU brought her in, hoping she’d make an immediate impact on the team. Unfortunately, it appears as if Favre’s time with the Tigers has ended before it ever started. The graduate transfer joined LSU in the summer, and August, after leaving Southern Mississippi. With the Golden Eagles, Favre played both indoor and beach volleyball. She was a member of Southern Mississippi’s inaugural beach volleyball team, collecting 36 victories during her time in the program.

Track transfer portal activity

The NCAA Transfer Portal, which covers every NCAA sport at the Division I, II and III levels, is a private database with names of student-athletes who wish to transfer. It is not accessible to the public.

While the NCAA transfer portal database is private, the On3 Network has streamlined the reporting process tracking player movement.
