LSU has extended an offer to Dallas Highland Park wide receiver John Rutledge.

Rutledge also has an offer from Air Force. He is a dynamic wide receiver who is known for his blazing speed.

The Tigers have the No. 17 overall recruiting class in the 2022 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. The top recruit in the class is Monroe (La.) Neville five-star offensive lineman Will Campbell.

Campbell is the No. 31 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
