With his St. Thomas More (La.) squad tied at 28 with Neville, four-star quarterback Walker Howard did what any quarterback would: just throw the game-winning touchdown.

It’s not as simple as it sounds, but the No. 60 overall player in the 2022 On3 rankings made it look so. Howard took the shotgun snap with 15 seconds left, rolled to his left and threw a Tim Tebow-esque jump pass to a wide open receiver in the corner of the end zone. The score—and ensuing PAT—gave St. Thomas More a 35-28 lead they wouldn’t relinquish.

For the night, Howard completed 27 of 39 passes for 329 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner. Through four games this season, Walker has completed 59 percent of his passes while throwing for 1,212 yards, 12 touchdowns and just two interceptions.
