LSU safety transfer Michael Daugherty commits to Coffeyville CC
LSU safety Michael Daugherty has announced his commitment to Coffeyville Community College out of the NCAA transfer portal, doing so with a graphic posted to his Twitter account on Tuesday evening.
Daugherty did not receive any playing time for the Tigers in his freshman season and only played in four games his senior year of high school before sustaining a season-ending injury.
Prior to enrolling at LSU, Daugherty played high school football at Grayson in Loganville, Georgia, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 573 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to On3’s Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
