Kyren Lacy was wanted on negligent homicide and felony hit-and-run charges stemming from a Dec. 17, 2024 accident that killed a former Marine and injured two others. Investigators alleged Lacy fled the scene of the accident, which occurred at approx. 10 a.m. ET, after initially causing it. He also did not report his involvement to police, according to investigators.
Lacy’s agent, Rocky Arceneaux of Alliance Sports, addressed the situation and said Lacy is “fully cooperating” with authorities.
Arcenaux and Alliance are representing Lacy, who recently declared for the 2025 NFL Draft. He said the agency wouldn’t have any further comment on the matter, but is taking it “very seriously.”
