Class of 2026 ATH Jordan Campbell commits to Miami

Class of 2026 athlete Jordan Campbell of Miami Gardens (FL) American Sr. High announced his commitment to Miami Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pounder chose the Hurricanes over Maryland and South Carolina.
“What stood out to me the most is how much Miami wants to make it all Miami, as far as recruiting us Dade/Broward/ West Palm Beach players. I want to be a part of the hometown team. It’s really been a dream since I was 8. I want to stay home and play for my hometown team and that opportunity stood out the most to me.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“My relationship with the staff is great. One coach I knew since I was an 8th grader was coach Tim Harris. He kept in circle since he was at UCF. Also coach KB, we have a nice relationship going. He really can connect to me as a young man growing up in Miami because this is where he was born and raised. They plan on using me in any way to win.”
