Miami has extended an offer to Warner Robins (Ga.) four-star defensive lineman Vic Burley.
Burley is the No. 39 overall prospect and No. 8 defensive lineman in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is also the third-ranked player from Georgia. Only Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton Five-Star Plus+ EDGE Lebbeus Overton and Hoschton (Ga.) Mill Creek five-star safety Caleb Downs are ranked ahead of Burley from the Peach State.

Burley has been offered by many of the nation’s top programs, including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Texas A&M.
“Vic Burley brings length and athleticism as a disruptive pass rusher on the interior,” On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power said in August. “I watched a few Warner Robins games from last fall, and he consistently flashed, both at the beginning and end of the season. As early as Week One he was sacking Miami quarterback signee Jake Garcia multiple times. Burley is advanced in terms of his production and athletic markers but still has considerable physical upside.”
