On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power said Sayin has already shown a lot as a sophomore but there are still questions about his future.
“Julian Sayin is one of the more developed and technically-advanced 2024 quarterbacks at this stage,” Power said. “The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder does not play like a sophomore at Carlsbad (Calif.) High. Sayin was among the more productive and efficient top 2024 signal callers last fall, completing 71.5 percent of his passes for 2,769 yards, 34 touchdowns and five interceptions at nearly 11 yards per attempt. He’s accurate and has shown a good feel for the passing game. It remains to be seen if Sayin’s ceiling is as high as some others, but he’s already proven to be a very good player at the high school level.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $24k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
