Miami shocks 2026 TE Brock Harris with an offer
As a freshman, in just eight games, Brock Harris had over 600 yards receiving and scored five touchdowns. The 6-foot-6, 215-pound tight end out of Saint George (Utah) Pine View is on track to be one of the top prospects in his class and he picked up his first offer Friday.
Miami pulled the trigger.
“I was in the middle of practicing with my 7-on-7 team (B12P Elite) and my coach came up and told me about the offer,” Harris said. “It was a big shock. I am so young, so to hear about an offer like that, and it be from a school like Miami, it was a great feeling.”
After practice ended, Harris was able to get on the phone with Miami tight ends coach Stephen Field. The two talked about new facilities being built in Coral Gables, what Field likes in Harris as a player and the Hurricanes are now on the 2026 playmaker’s radar.
“Miami has won a lot of national championships, so that is one thing I know about them. I also know they run their offense really well around their tight ends. They have had some great teams, so it is a school I want to learn more about.”
Harris is set to visit Arizona and Arizona State Saturday. He has had conversations with coaches from Arizona and Utah this week also.

Oregon is the school he grew up a fan of. Before moving to Utah a year and a half ago, Harris lived in Oregon. He followed the Ducks and BYU growing up. His father played baseball for the Cougars.
Notre Dame and Penn State are two more schools Harris listed as schools he would love to hear from. This is just the beginning though. His offer sheet will fill up in the coming years and he is excited about what’s to come.
“It was shocking to get that first offer Friday and I have just been celebrating with my family about it,” Harris said. “I am looking forward to see what happens next.”
