4-star CB Jaylon Braxton commits to Michigan State
Jaylon Braxton had originally said he would be committing July 8. He couldn’t wait that long.
The four-star cornerback from Frisco (Texas) Lone Star announced Tuesday his commitment to Michigan State.
Braxton is the No. 286 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 is the highest on Braxton among the recruiting media companies, according to the Industry Comparison. He is No. 157 recruiting in the 2023 On300 ranking.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $13.7k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
