Michigan State offers 2025 top-75 WR Phillip Bell
Sacramento (Calif.) Christian Brothers four-star wide receiver Phillip Bell received an offer from Michigan State Monday afternoon. He announced the news on Twitter.
Bell is the No. 54 overall prospect and No. 9 wide receiver in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 9 player in California.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Bell holds 17 Power Five offers.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has USC as the favorite to land a commitment from Bell at 41%.
RPM was released to the public in December.
