Michigan State OL Ethan Boyd withdraws from NCAA Transfer Portal

Michigan State offensive lineman Ethan Boyd has decided to return to the Spartans for next season after originally entering the transfer portal.
The 6-foot-7, 320-pound Boyd appeared in every game for Michigan State this season. The East Lansing native appeared in 10 games as a redshirt freshman in 2022, mostly on special teams. He redshirted his true freshman season in 2021.
Boyd committed to the Spartans just weeks prior to Wigenton in April 2020. Like Wigenton, Boyd was a three-star high school recruit. He was ranked the No. 66 offensive tackle recruit in the 2021 class and No. 19 player from Michigan, per the On3 Industry Rankings.

If you find yourself asking, ‘How can I track transfer portal activity?’ our well-established network of reporters and contacts across college athletics keeps you up to speed in several ways, from articles written about players as they enter and exit the transfer portal or find their new destination, to our social media channels, to the On3 Transfer Portal.
The transfer portal wire provides a real-time feed of player activity, including basic player profile information, transfer portal ranking and original On3 Industry recruiting ranking, as well as NIL valuation (name, image and likeness).
