Michigan State wide receiver Jaron Glover intends to withdraw from transfer portal
Michigan State wide receiver Jaron Glover has decided not to transfer from the program after entering the NCAA transfer portal, posting a graphic to his Twitter account with the headline “Back Home” on Thursday afternoon.
Glover entered the NCAA transfer portal on Dec. 9.
This year, he hauled in 14 catches for 261 yards for the Spartans. His best game came in September against Maryland, when he hauled in two catches for 51 receiving yards.
In 2022, Glover played in just one game to preserve his redshirt season. He hauled in one catch for two yards and played 21 snaps in his collegiate debut.
He played his high school football for Riverview (Sarasota, Florida). In the 2022 cycle, Glover was rated as the No. 742 overall prospect in America and a three-star recruit, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.
Coming out of high school, Jaron Glover chose the Spartans over offers from Indiana, Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina, and South Florida. He also drew some interest from Florida State and Florida International. Glover also played basketball and ran track in high school.
