Blake Corum likely OUT for rest of game against Illinois after suffering knee injury

Star Michigan running back and Heisman contender Blake Corum is likely done for the day against Illinois after suffering a knee injury in the first half. He actually returned to the game to start the second half but after giving it a go, Corum went back to the sidelines and it now almost certainly done for the day, judging by this update from sideline reporter Molly McGrath:
“Running back Blake Corum is getting frustrated on the sidelines, shaking his head a lot. He left his helmet behind and is wearing a jacket. And running backs coach Mike Hart has spent most of his time talking to his young running backs, not Corum.”
Not a good sign for Corum’s status the rest of the way. And this isn’t just a precaution, because the Wolverines desperately need him after falling behind 17-10 to the Illini in the third quarter.
