After the game, Harbaugh was pulled aside for the postgame interview only to be joined by three of his stars. Harbaugh shared the special moment with his players, praising his whole team’s effort throughout the year.
“It feels great. Incredible moment,” Harbaugh said of their huge win. “Players played great. Hassan Haskins, Cade McNamara, Aiden Hutchinson. Can’t be more proud of these guys.”
“We wouldn’t be here without them. What these men were able to do when nobody said they could do it. They didn’t listen to it. Just work. Just work and found a way — where there’s a will there’s a way and the will was strong.
Before passing the spotlight to his team, Harbaugh had a simple and passionate answer on how he feels going to the College Football Playoff.

“Fired up!”
Michigan put together a dominating performance on Saturday, holding Iowa to just a field goal in the first quarter.
Meanwhile, the Wolverines set the tone early with back-to-back offensive plays for long touchdowns. After Blake Corum scored the first points of the game with a 67-yard touchdown run, Michigan wasted no time building their lead when they got the ball back.
On a trick play, running back Donovan Edwards faked a run to the outside before finding Roman Wilson for a 75-yard touchdown catch to blow the game wide open.
Michigan ended their season with a 12-1 record, and after entering the game ranked No. 2 in the nation they are waiting to see if they might be able to reach the top spot.
