3-star CG Lorenzo Cason, former FAU signee, following Dusty May to Michigan

Lorenzo Cason, a three-star combo guard in the 2024 class, has committed to the University of Michigan.
The 6-foot-3 senior out of Victory Christian Academy in Lakeland, Florida was originally signed with Florida Atlantic but requested his NLI release after Dusty May took the job at Michigan. He will now follow May to Ann Arbor.
Cason spoke to On3 about his decision to become a Wolverine.
“I chose Michigan because of Dusty,” he said to On3. “It’s hard not to want to play for a coach who believes in you. He took me with him from FAU and I think that’s says enough as it is. The staff is amazing but I know the culture is going to be even better. As well as the style of play, just getting up and down the court in transition is a huge differentiator.”
