Elyria (Ohio) St. Edward four-star offensive tackle Devontae Armstrong received an offer from Michigan on Wednesday night. He announced the news over social media.

Armstrong is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Consensus. However, the 2024 On300 rates him as the No. 298 overall prospect, No. 22 offensive tackle and No. 13 player in Ohio.

The 6-foot-4.5, 260-pound prospect has received 18 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Penn State leads for his commitment at 43.8%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
