Minnesota has extended an offer to Arthur (Ill.) Arthur Senior four-star linebacker and On300 top-100 recruit Kaden Feagin.

The Golden Gophers have two commits in their 2023 class: Osseo (Minn.) Osseo Senior three-star interior offensive lineman Jerome Williams and Kasson (Minn.) Kasson-Mantorville Senior offensive tackle Reese Tripp.

He is the No. 172 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 rates Kaden Feagin as a top-100 recruit in the country, slotting in at No. 80 in the 2023 On300 ranking. Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit four-star linebacker Troy Bowles, Denton (Texas) Ryan four-star linebacker Anthony Hill, Many (La.) High four-star linebacker Tackett Curtis, Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln four-star linebacker Raylen Wilson and Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab four-star linebacker Jaiden Ausberry are the five linebackers rated ahead of Feagin in the On300.

Rock Island (Ill.) Alleman offensive tackle Charles Jagusah is the lone Illinois player ranked ahead of him in the On300. He recently was upgraded to a five-star recruit.

“Jagusah is a highly fluid and functional athlete, showing flexibility, coordination and balance,” On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power said. “He stars on both sides of the ball for Rock Island (Ill.) Alleman and consistently flashes light-footed movement skills and top notch play strength both as an offensive tackle and defensive lineman. Jagusah hits high-end measurement thresholds at offensive tackle when it comes to length and frame. He also doubles as a top wrestler, where is one of the best heavyweights in the Midwest. Jagusah recently wrapped up a 41-0 season on the mat, culminating in a state championship.”
