Michigan State transfer Jaron Glover commits to Mississippi State

Former Michigan State receiver Jaron Glover announced his verbal commitment to transfer to Mississippi State in a social media post Friday afternoon.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Glover has two years of eligibility remaining after appearing in eight games this season, where he totaled 15 receptions for 192 yards and two touchdowns while leading the Spartans averaging 18.6 yards per catch this season.
Glover previously entered the portal following the 2023 season but ultimately withdrew his name.
As a member of the Class of 2022, Glover was a three-star recruit out of Sarasota (Fla.) Riverview, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 105 overall prospect in the state, the No. 108 wide receiver in the class and the No. 737 overall prospect in the class.
Coming out of high school, Glover chose the Spartans over offers from Indiana, Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina, and South Florida. He also drew some interest from Florida State and Florida International. Glover also played basketball and ran track in high school.

Florida State transfer Luke Kromenhoek visiting Mississippi State
Transfer QB Luke Kromenhoek will be taking an official visit to Mississippi State from Sunday to Monday next week, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Kromenhoek formally entered his name into the portal on Wednesday.
This comes with the Bulldogs being active in the transfer portal with possible quarterback options. Since it opened earlier this week, Mississippi State has now been connected to Kromenhoek and Oklahoma’s Jackson Arnold while losing Michael Van Buren and Chris Parson. Amidst that news was also the return of Blake Shapen for next season.
