2024 QB Daniel Kaelin decommits from Missouri
Class of 2024 quarterback Daniel Kaelin of Bellevue (NE) West High announced his decommitment from Missouri Friday afternoon.
The 6-foot-3, 205 pounder had been committed to the Tigers since March.
Kaelin sent a statement to On3 regarding his decommitment:
“First and foremost I would like to express my appreciation to the University of Missouri, especially Coach Drinkwitz and Coach Moore for believing in me and giving me an opportunity to play quarterback at Mizzou. With that being said, I believe that the best decision for my family and I at this time is for me to decommit from the University of Missouri. This decision wasn’t easy or made lightly so please respect my decision.”
The Nebraska quarterback currently holds a total of 15 offers including Nebraska, North Carolina, Miami, and others.
In his junior season Kaelin threw for 3,361 yards and 39 total TDs (290 passing YPG), which earned him first team all-state honors.
