Joplin (Mo.) three-star 2024 tight end Whit Hafer has committed to Missouri, he announced on Saturday.

He chose the Tigers over offers from Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, Arkansas State and a handful of other programs.

The 6-foot-7, 230-pounder is the No. 37 tight end in the nation and No. 15 recruit in Missouri, per the 2024 On300 rankings.

Hafer is Missouri’s first commit in the 2024 cycle.
