Class of 2024 QB Aidan Glover commits to Mizzou

Class of 2024 quarterback Aidan Glover of Collierville (TN) High announced his commitment to Mizzou Thursday afternoon.

The 6-foot-3, 195 pounder chose the Tigers over Oklahoma State, Stanford, and Boston College.

Glover on why he chose Mizzou

“On my visit, I felt so at home and welcomed by that entire staff and the team. Coach Drink and Coach Moore took me under their wing immediately and made me feel like I belonged. I felt like I could bring a change to Mizzou. I love the offense and the potential of the program. Also when I was making my decision this week, my brother, Dion Stutts, unfortunately passed away in an ATV accident. He was committed to Arkansas. His dream was for us to play in a rivalry SEC game. After he passed, I knew that Mizzou was my forever home and I had to make him proud.”

“I love the whole staff. I feel like I’m the closest with Coach Moore and Coach Peeler. They plan on putting more weight on me and preparing me mentally so I can bring Mizzou back to a championship.”

The Tennessee quarterback joins coach Eliah Drinkwitz and the Tigers’ 2024 class. He is accompanied by three-star offensive tackle Ryan Jostes and tight end Whit Hafer.

Glover ranks as the No. 762 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 46 quarterback and the No. 21 player in the state of Tennessee.

On3 ranks him higher than the industry, as he ranks as the No. 24 quarterback and the No. 13 player in Tennessee.
