4-star offensive tackle Cayden Green visiting Missouri today
Lees Summit (Mo.) North offensive tackle Cayden Green has been one of Missouri’s prime targets in the 2023 class for more than a year now. Tigers’ coach Eli Drinkwitz went so far as to show up in a dump truck at Green’s school in January as a way of letting him know Missouri is prioritizing him.
This morning, Green tweeted that he is back in Columbia for another visit, his second known trip since September.
He is in the midst of a busy spring visit schedule, having seen Oklahoma on March 5, Michigan on March 12 and Nebraska yesterday. Each of those schools, along with the Tigers, appear to be in the hunt.
The 6-foot-6, 309-pounder has amassed more than two dozen offers, but has primarily focused his attention on Missouri, Iowa, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Michigan and Nebraska. He is expected to announce his top five tomorrow, with those schools expected to be in the mix.

Cayden Green is the No. 75 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 6 offensive tackle and the No. 2 junior prospect in the Show Me State.
He is also part of a loaded local crop of linemen that Missouri is looking to bring to Columbia. Four-star East St. Louis offensive tackle Miles McVay, Raytown (Mo.) tackle Logan Reichert, and East St. Louis IOL Paris Patterson are some of the Tigers’ biggest targets in the 2023 cycle.
