Missouri EDGE Joe Moore has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. Moore was a three-star recruit.

Moore spent two seasons with the Tigers, and is set to enter his fifth season at the collegiate level. He began his career at Arizona State, where he also played two years.

He was more productive during his time with the Sun Devils, however. As a sophomore, he had the best year of his career toitaling 24 tackles (10 solo), and 2.0 sacks. During his two seasons at Missouri, Moore totaled 15 total tackles and 1.5 sacks, incuding just two tackles during this past season.

Moore’s production didn’t lack due to any fault of his own. He sustained a season-ending injury after two games last fall. He last played on Sept. 7 against Buffalo, where he recorded a tackle and half of a sack. Likely gaining a medical redshirt for an extra year of eligibility, Moore will now enter the transfer portal to find his third program since entering college.

Before arriving on campus at Arizona State in 2021, Moore ranked as the No. 402 overall player in that year’s recruiting cycle, per the On3 Industry Rankings, which is a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services. The former three-star recruit was the No. 27 overall EDGE in his cycle.

Missouri center Talan Chandler plans to enter NCAA transfer portal

Missouri center Talan Chandler plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal, according to an announcement on his Facebook. He has four years of eligibility left.

Chandler originally committed to Colorado out of high school. However, he flipped to Missouri in November of 2023, but spent just one season with the Tigers.

As a member of the Class of 2024, Chandler was a three-star recruit out of Nevada (Mo.) High, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 13 overall prospect in the state, the No. 70 interior offensive lineman in the class and the No. 801 overall prospect in the class.
