Mesquite (Texas) Horn four-star offensive tackle Lamont Rogers has committed to Missouri.

He chose the Tigers over Oklahoma, Texas, Florida State, Texas A&M and SMU.

Rogers is the No. 60 overall prospect and No. 7 OT in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 12 player in Texas.

It was a tight race for the 6-foot-7, 305-pounder, but Eli Drinkwitz and the Mizzou staff have landed another top target this month. Rogers took an official visit to Columbia on the May 31 weekend and is now opting to head to the Midwest for his college football.

“The coaching staff, they’re great. They’re really cool. Also, Missouri has a winning culture,” Rogers told On3 earlier this year.

Rogers, who also excels on the basketball court, is the third top-100 prospect to join Mizzou’s 2025 recruiting class — which continues to rise up the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. He now flanks Royersford (Pa.) Spring-Ford five-star quarterback Matt Zollers and Naperville (Ill.) IMG Academy four-star wide receiver Donovan Olugbode at the top of the class.
