Missouri offers 4-star in-state wideout Joshua Manning
Missouri has extended an offer to in-state Lee’s Summit (Mo.) four-star wide receiver Joshua Manning.
Manning is ranked as the No. 319 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is the eighth-best player from the state of Missouri and 49th-best wideout in the nation.
Manning also holds offer from Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Washington, Cincinnati, Kansas State, Wisconsin, Northwestern and Iowa State.

The four-star wideout is planning on visiting Kansas State, Iowa State and Washington during the spring.
Missouri has two commits in the 2023 recruiting cycle: Saint Charles (Mo.) Francis Howell four-star tight end Brett Norfleet and Troy (Mo.) Troy Buchanan three-star EDGE Jahkai Lang. Norfleet is committed to play both baseball and football for the Tigers. He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $17,7k.
