Army vs. Navy is one of the most notable games of the college football season. While several eyes will be on the matchup already as the lone game of that day, a majority of those eyes will be on the uniforms Navy has announced they will don in the game.

Navy released the uniforms earlier today that feature a NASA theme that honors the 54 Navy graduates who have become astronauts. The school says that’s the most from any university all time and, to observe them, they’ve designed a helmet to feature an astronaut, the NASA logo, and the moon to go with a white jersey with red accents.

The astronaut represents Bruce McCandless II, one of those Navy graduates. He was the first astronaut in history to complete a spacewalk untethered, which he did in 1985. The uniform is meant to take after a spacewalk uniform while their shoes mirror a similar look to space boots.

Army and Navy will play the 123rd edition of the series on December 10th at 3 p.m. EST from Philadelphia. If the matchup is anything the Midshipmen’s attire, we should expect something otherworldly come kickoff
