4-star ATH Roger Gradney commits to Nebraska
Garwood (Texas) Rice Consolidated four-star athlete Roger Gradney has committed to Nebraska. He announced the news on Twitter.
His decision comes a day after the Cornhuskers offered him.
Gradney is the No. 241 overall prospect and No. 23 athlete in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 44 player in Texas.
On3 rates Gradney higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. He is the No. 195 overall prospect and No. 21 athlete and No. 37 player in Texas in the 2024 On300.

Gradney is the first commitment in Nebraska’s 2024 recruiting class. The Cornhuskers finished the 2023 cycle with 28 signees, the No. 29 class in the country and the No. 5 class in the Big Ten.
