Bill Belichick girlfriend Jordon Hudson reportedly banned from North Carolina practices, facility

The sports world has taken an interest in the relationship between Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson. Many have tried to analyze exactly what’s going on with the 73-year-old coach of North Carolina, and his much younger love interest.

As Belichick begins his first season with the Tar Heels, a hot topic has been the impact Hudson’s involvement could have on the team. Well, that won’t be an issue — Hudson has reportedly been banned from North Carolina’s football facility, according to former ESPN analyst Pablo Torre of Pablo Torre Finds Out.

“Two sources at the University of North Carolina tell me that there has been a decision, was made last week, by the higher ups inside the athletic department that hired Bill Belichick to be the highest-paid public employee, not just coach, in the state of North Carolina, at ten million a year. That decision was that Jordon Hudson is no longer allowed in the football building,” Torre stated. “She’s not allowed on the football field. Quote, ‘Don’t think you’ll be hearing much from Jordon moving forward.’

“… Bill Belichick’s family is extraordinarily concerned about what has transpired. One Belichick family source told me, quote, ‘There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordan can be, for not just North Carolina, but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.’ In fact, the family has been digging into Jordan Hudson, as well.”

Scrutiny pertaining to Belichick and Hudson’s relationship has grown in the public eye, especially in light of a recent CBS interview about his book in which Hudson cut off questions about their relationship. Now, there has been tension growing from every angle. 

Publicly, sports media figures like Colin Cowherd have been critical, comparing the relationship to Bitcoin. Then, Netflix trolled the relationship in a skit on Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney and later Saturday Night Live got in on the action with their own skit joking about the relationship.

His former player Julian Edelman even commented on the matter: “This is becoming a distraction. We gotta practice what we preach here,” the former Super Bowl MVP stated, regarding Belichick’s No. 1 coaching belief.

If Torre is right about Hudson’s banishment from North Carolina’s football facilities, it certainly would help alleviate some concerns that have been levied throughout the football world over the past few weeks. They wouldn’t all dissipate, but there would at least be some relief in Chapel Hill.

Belichick is on a mission with the Tar Heels, and as the season approaches, UNC fans would love to stop hearing about his love life. We’ll see if that’s the case moving forward for the 73-year-old coach.
