Full 2023 schedule announced for North Carolina football
The full schedule for the 2023 North Carolina football season has been announced, as the ACC revealed its conference schedule on Monday. The Tar Heels will open the year against South Carolina on Sept. 2, kicking off what should be an exciting rest of the season.
From there, UNC will face Appalachian State in a Week 2 rematch of last season’s shootout. The Tar Heels won that game 63-61 after the Mountaineers failed the potential game-tying two-point conversion with nine seconds left.
