On3 3-star ATH Khalil Conley commits to North Carolina
Arden (N.C.) Christ School three-star athlete Khalil Conley announced his commitment to North Carolina on Monday night. He chose the Tar Heels over offers from Duke, NC State and Wake Forest among others.
Conley is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking. However, On3 rates him higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison.
Even though he is not rated in the 2024 On300, On3 ranks Conley as the No. 44 athlete in the country. He is also the No. 15 player in North Carolina.
The 5-foot-11, 170-pound recruit is the fifth member of North Carolina’s 2024 recruiting class. Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna Prep four-star running back Davion Gause, Ball Ground (Ga.) Creekview three-star offensive tackle Andrew Rosinski, Eatonton (Ga.) three-star linebacker Evan Bennett and Clemmons (N.C.) West Forsyth three-star interior offensive lineman Desmond Jackson are the others.

Gause, the No. 323 overall prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking, committed to the Tar Heels earlier today.
Conley has an On3 NIL Valuation of $18K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
