On300 4-star EDGE Jaybron Harvey commits to North Carolina
Durham (N.C.) Southern four-star EDGE Jaybron Harvey has committed to North Carolina, announcing the news Friday.
Harvey is the No. 200 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

With his commitment, Harvey becomes the highest-ranked recruit in the 2023 Tar Heels recruiting class. The class now has 10 commits and ranks 24th in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $14.3k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes.
