Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro cornerback Cole Shivers has committed to Northwestern, he announced Wednesday night on social media.
Shivers is the No. 1093 prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 98 cornerback and the No. 18 junior in the state of Arizona.
The 5-foot-10, 165-pounder chose the Wildcats over finalists Colorado and Arizona, as well as more than a dozen other offers. He becomes Northwestern’s 12th commitment in the 2023 class, joining a group a headlined by four-star offensive lineman Dylan Senda.
