4-star WR Cam Williams still locked in with Notre Dame following Tommy Rees' departure

Notre Dame four-star wide receiver commit Cam Williams told On3 that he is still pledged to the program following Tommy Rees' departure. He has been committed to the Fighting Irish since June 29.
