Class of 2024 Safety Kennedy Urlacher commits to Notre Dame
Three-star safety Kennedy Urlacher of Chandler (AZ) High announced his commitment to Notre Dame Monday night.
The 6-foot, 190 pounder chose the Fighting Irish over TCU, Miami, and Penn State.
Urlacher on why he chose Notre Dame
“The one thing that ultimately stood out to me about ND was the education and network that there is over there,” Urlacher said. “Another thing that helped was the relationships I have built with the coaching staff over there.”
Relationship with coaching staff + their plan for Urlacher
“I’m probably closest with coach Bowden,” Urlacher said. “He’s great because he’s straight up and genuine, and very high strung. The plan coach Golden and Coach O’Leary have for me is to be an impact player at safety when my time comes.”
The Arizona safety joins coach Freeman and the Fighting Irish’ top 8 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by four-star wide receiver Cam Williams, four-star quarterback CJ Carr, and others.
