JJ Starling on Notre Dame
“It’s a great place,” Starling said. “Everyone is welcoming and nice. I know some of the guys there like Blake (Wesley), JR (Konieczny), P Hubb (Prentiss Hubb). I know most of the guys, just because I’ve been up there unofficially two or three times…it’s a great place.”
Scouting Report on Starling
On3’s Senior National Recruiting Analyst Gerry Hamilton had this to say about JJ Starling:
“Starling is one of the top natural scorers in the class. He can go get his own shot going right or left. Creates space with one hard dribble, and also shows some craft getting to the paint. Displays the ability to finish with either hand in traffic. And does so with very good body control. Strong body type to take a hit. Flashes a developing floater. Strong off the bounce with either hand. Confident shooter and scorer.”
