Former Marshall WR Jayden Harrison commits to Notre Dame

Notre Dame continues to add talent from the transfer portal to its receiving corps. The Irish have landed a commitment from Marshall transfer Jayden Harrison.

Harrison announced the news on Tuesday following three seasons with the Thundering Herd.

Jayden Harrison appeared in 13 games this past season, making plays at receiver and on special teams. He finished the year with 28 receptions for 410 yards and a touchdown and also averaged 30.7 yards per kickoff return. Harrison had two kickoff returns for a touchdown in 2023 and was named a first-team All-American as a returner.

Harrison was a contributor for the Thundering Herd each of the past three season. In 2021, he appeared in 13 games, making three starts. He caught 23 passes for 254 yards and two touchdowns that year and also had a kickoff return for a touchdown.

In 2022, Harrison appeared in 12 games, making 12 receptions for 95 yards and a score. He then had his most productive year as a receiver this past season.
