On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: Notre Dame trending for RB Jeremiyah Love
When St. Louis (Mo.) Christian Brothers College running back Jeremiyah Love began preparations for his senior season back in the spring, he wasn’t yet a known commodity on the national recruiting radar.
That changed quickly, with dozens of programs jumping into the mix in his recruitment between April and July. Among the notable offers were Michigan, Notre Dame, Georgia, Texas A&M, Alabama and USC.
In June, he took four official visits, seeing the Crimson Tide, Wolverines, Aggies and Fighting Irish. The latter three have been considered the co-favorites to land him since then, jockeying back and forth in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). After updates from across the recruiting industry though, Notre Dame has now taken a commanding advantage in the race to land him.
The RPM gives the Irish an 83.4 percent chance to secure his commitment, with Michigan (4.7%) and Texas A&M (4.0%) trailing behind.
Love had initially planned to make a commitment before his senior season, but is yet to announce his list of final schools or an announcement date.

The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder is the No. 63 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 5 running back and the No. 2 senior in Missouri.
Jeremiyah Love Scouting Summary
“One of the most explosive and dynamic backs in the 2023 cycle. Has a solid build for the position at 5-foot-11, 188 pounds. Ran 10.76 in the 100 meters and jumped a 22’01” long jump as a sophomore in 2021. Backed that up on the camp circuit in the spring prior to his senior year with an electronically-timed 4.48 second 40-yard dash to go with a 35-inch vertical as well as a 9’11” broad jump. The speed and athleticism transfers over to the field on Friday nights. Led his team to a state championship as a junior and can score any time he touches the ball.
… Has true home run speed. Can make defenders whiff in a phone booth with his ability to change direction, as well. Possesses loose hips and plays with excellent pad level when working between the tackles. Rushed for 996 yards and 14 touchdowns on just 95 rushes as a junior. Efficient and hits big plays but has not carried the load of some of his highly-rated peers. Has the athleticism to play other spots, like defensive back but the big-play ability at running back points to one of the higher ceilings at the position among backs in the 2023 cycle.” — Charles Power, On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings
