Ohio State wide receiver Brandon Inniss didn’t waste any time with EA Sports College Football 25 using his Buckeyes.

The first game he played? The rivalry game with Michigan and boy Inniss didn’t hold back. This was a blowout of epic proportions.

You can see the result below.

Talk about no mercy with that score. 91-16? Not that would ever happen in real life, we think, but someone in Ann Arbor might get fired for that type of result.

As for Inniss himself, he had 24 catches for 528 yards and 10 touchdowns in the virtual game. Absurd stats!

Inniss is rated a 78 overall in the game. He is the No. 4 ranked WR on Ohio State, according to the game. He played just two games last year, reeling in one catch for a 58-yard touchdown against Purdue.

As a member of the Class of 2023, Inniss was a four-star recruit out of Miami Gardens (Fla.) American Heritage, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 10 overall prospect in the state, the No. 5 wide receiver in the class and the No. 35 overall prospect in the class.

Brandon Inniss shows off with EA’s CFB 25

Inniss made social media headlines with that performance in the game, to say the least. One player who is not in the game? Star defensive lineman JT Tuimoloau.

One of the top defenders and players in the sport, he reportedly did not opt into the video game. However, with routine updates to the virtual game, that could eventually change based on his own personal decision.

“Tuimoloau’s absence makes him one of the nation’s most prominent players not at the game during its release,” Stephen Means of Cleveland.com wrote on Monday. “Many players opted in immediately while others only did so over the past few weeks such as Texas’ backup quarterback Arch Manning, who originally planned not to be in it.”

“The game will continue to update throughout the season,” Means noted. “At any time Tuimoloau could eventually opt-in and join his teammates in their quest for a virtual national title.”

Tuimoloau is entering his senior year in Columbus after not leaving for the 2024 NFL Draft.
